Scheduling

  • 30-60 minute lessons.
    • 30 Minute lessons are ideal for beginners.
    • Many students switch to 60 minute or biweekly lessons as they become more advanced.
  • Weekly or Biweekly (twice a week).
    • Over 10 years of age: Weekly lessons usually work best.
    • Under 10 years of age: Biweekly 30 minute lessons are ideal. The extra instruction helps children develop the fine motor skills needed to play the guitar and teaches good practice habits. It also helps with retention and the understanding of musical concepts.
